If you do not think about what development is, how can you do it? Or, even more so, to develop others ?!
When the NEO-Clinic was created there was no understanding of strategy, mission or high goals. There was a need for development. In the broadest sense of the word, beginning with the development of each individual employee. In NEO-Clinic there are people who work since the opening of the clinic. For 10 years they did not work as much as they developed. They walked up the stairs through the steps of self-improvement. Also there was a development of the team, construction and subsequent development of teams and new projects. As a result, through the development of personalities, the development of the entire Clinic as a whole proceeded.
After 10 years, continuing to reflect on development, I think:
- about overcoming. So I decided on something, and immediately found obstacles. As if the future verifies the sincerity of your intentions, especially creating difficulties for you. But it seemed so easy way;
- about embezzlement. Whoever says anything, but development always begins with destruction or waste. It is necessary to spend! And again I think about ... overcoming;
- about the events. Here medicine exists from time immemorial, and then NEO-Clinic appeared in Tyumen - this is an Event! Creating Events in the Clinic - large and small, a whole series of them, we made development continuous and diverse;
- about people. I remember the analogy with the Japanese gardener - he accompanies and closely follows the growth of the plant, and doctors, every day and a little bit, together develop a medical culture - unique collegiality and continuity of values;
- about knowledge. Since actions are aimed at increasing knowledge - they are developing type. And always blessed;
- about the possibilities. Rather, it is important to create conditions for creativity today. And they, in turn, will disclose the capabilities of each employee;
- about the purposes. But development can not be the goal (as many say), because this is only a way;
- On value-based design. After all, the project in the provision of medical services is always an attempt to create values in the future. And then, having comprehended and desired them, to strive for their attainment;
About relationships. Since it is not the pumping of knowledge, but the establishment of new relations with the world determine development;
- the mixture of media: professional, educational and social. Developing not the company, but the people working in it guarantees the development of culture, for example such as in NEO-Clinic;
