Не знаю, чему больше удивляться – тому, что увидел или тому, что узнал? Нет ответа у меня на этот вопрос, но, как человека от примата отличает способность делиться, так и меня тянет разделить увиденное.
Дорога в деревню Марас вызвала только одно сожаление, вот бы прокатиться здесь на мотоцикле, это же можно голову свернуть от сюрреализма величественных гор и синевы неба, бескрайних полей и, словно сахарная вата, чуть ли не над головой летящих облаков... Велик мир, а человек, хоть и часть его, но очень-очень маленькая.
Итак, деревня Марас. Подумалось, что картины мира закончились, но поворот и... да как же могуч и велик человек в своих знаниях! Подумать только, как и 500 лет назад, потомки инков продолжают добывать соль, бережно используя силы природы.
Грунтовые воды, омывающие залежи солей, насыщаются ими и собираясь в тонкий ручеёк, стекают по желобам в рукотворные ванны, расположенные террасами на склоне горы. Когда ванна наполняется до краев, то её закрывают от перетекания и, в течение нескольких недель, из воды, под влиянием сильнейшего ветра и жутко агрессивного солнца, происходит выпаривание соли.
Это невероятно! Достойный ответ величию окружающих гор. Примечательно ещё и то, что одна ванна принадлежит одному жителю деревни.
Но, словно услышав моё избыточное восхищение природой, следующим ударом по ворота природы, стала... агрономическая лаборатория инков. Амфитеатром рассаженные террасы, служили исследователям прошлого в извлечении новых знаний для совершенствования сельского хозяйства. Каждая ступень, а их 12, отличается экспозицией температуры почвы в 1 градус и знания лучших результатов роста растений распространялись на всю империю с указанием, что и на какой высоте выращивать. Нет слов!
